- All articles purchased from our online store can be exchanged within 07 days only if:
- The received Article(s) differed from the original order.
- Incomplete/Anything is missing from the package.
- In such cases, “Exchange” claims can only be entertained if they are made within 07 days of the original order date.
Please email pictures of the received order to (CS EMAIL ADDRESS) within 7 days after order delivery in case to raise a dispute. GHOUSIA COLLECTION Designs Limited will look at each dispute on an individual basis and will make every effort to be fair to both parties.
- In case of exchange customer will be responsible for all shipping, handling costs.

- We are unable to accept exchanges of merchandise purchased online due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photo shoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen.
- All orders are final, and non-refundable, but you can exchange in an event where an incorrect item is delivered to you. We can only exchange the purchased items subject to article availability.
